Exclusive offer, two houses located on the south side of the island of Brac, in the Duboka bay. This cove is recognized as a favorite among boaters, naturally divided into five sections that offer excellent wind protection. With its sandy beaches, azure sea color and dense pine forest, this part of the Adriatic coast is well recognized among the returning guests every year.

The distance to Milna is approximately 3 minutes by car, where you can find all the amenities you need - shops, cafes, shops, a smaller marina ... The bay guarantees complete peace, privacy and tranquility. The property is located in the third row to the sea, and due to its slightly cascading terrain and its southern orientation, it offers a beautiful panoramic view of the bay and open sea and the islands of Hvar and Vis.

In nature, there are two separate properties on sale that make up one whole, interconnected by a large, stone paved courtyard of southwest orientation. The courtyard is partly covered with pine trees, which provides a pleasant shade in the summer and an opportunity for a full day's stay outside. The beach is located about 70m away, where there is also a private pier with the possibility of mooring a smaller boat.

The plot covers an area of 2000 m2, with parking on the north side sufficient for five cars. A staircase with a cultivated garden leads from the parking lot to the yard and the entrance to the property. The larger property consists of two bedrooms with private bathrooms and a living room. The smaller house has two bedrooms and a kitchen. One bedroom can be converted into a bathroom, allowing the property to be used separately. The total living area of both houses is 90 m2.

The property is immediately habitable, and the future owner can immediately use it for their own purposes or in the function of tourism. Given the size of the plot, there is a possibility of building a swimming pool and a children's playground.
