On the island of Brac, near Sutivan,olive grove with 2 houses is for sale.
The olive grove is situated on the west side of the island of Brač with breath taking views of sea, mainland and other islands from a large terrace.

The size of the olive grove is 9500 m2 on which is 130 big olives trees, 50 small ones.and about 10 fig trees.
Two houses are indigenous for Dalmatia’s olive groves which are called bunja.
They were built in 2006 from hand made Brac stones.the bigger bunja is 55 m2 and the smaller one is used as a water tank of 11000 liters.
The walls of the bigger bunja are 80 cm wide so it is never hot in summer.
Inside the bunja are refrigerate, air conditioner, separate well equipt toilet and tv…..
all is run by solar energy.
The distance from the sea is about 600 meters and the closest store and beautiful Sutivan beaches are 4 km away.
