The house consists of ground floor and first floor, total living area of 190 m2, on a land plot of 320 m2, and is designed in such a way that each floor in nature is a two bedroom apartment with separate entrance. so the entrance to the upper apartment is from the north side of the house, while the entrance to the lower apartment is from the south side.

Looking at floor plans, both apartments are the same, consisting of kitchen, dining room and spacious living room with access to the terrace, while two bedrooms are located on the east side of the house, between which there is a bathroom, while the main bedroom (with access to the terrace) has additional private en-suite bathroom. The terraces on both floors are quite large, allowing comfortable moments and a beautiful open view of the sea and the archipelago of the Lastovo Islands, as well as a perfect view of the night sky covered with stars, which represents a genuine and romantic thought of connecting with nature and a necessary dose of inner peace for every man.

On the north side of the house is a parking lot for three cars, while the garden is quite nicely decorated and covered with traditional Mediterranean plants. In front of the house is a small walking path leading to a stone beach with adjusted entrance to the sea, while the island of Korcula itself offers many hidden and intimate beaches that the new owner needs to explore.

Zavalatica itself, as a small tourist town, is located in the central part of the island, and is a small peaceful oasis, unburdened by modern tourism on a massive scale, which offers everything for a normal life, ie, a shop, bakery, and several small restaurants (restaurant, tavern, bar). The village also has a small port where a smaller boat can be held.

Summing up, this house is the perfect combination for a family vacation as well as great potential for tourist rental business. Considering the position, home users have a high dose of intimacy and literally private access to the sea.

An excellent offer for buyers who prefer a more peaceful atmosphere, and on the other hand, the island of Korcula, as a rather attractive island, offers many opportunities for exploration and recreation.
