The house is located on a plot of 500m2 and spreads over two floors:

• First floor – comfortable two bedroom apartment 110m2 consists of two bedrooms, bathroom, toilet, spacious living room with kitchen and dining area, balcony overlooking the sea and a large terrace of over 50m2

• Second floor – comfortable three bedroom apartment 110m2 consisting of three bedrooms, bathroom, toilet, living room with kitchen and dining room and balcony overlooking the sea

Each of the apartments has its own separate entrances while all rooms in the apartments are air conditioned.

The land on which the house is located is cascading and on top of it, in an elevated position, there is a sun deck with a swimming pool with unobstructed views of the sea and the bay. There is also a summer kitchen with barbecue and a summer toilet with boiler and shower.

The house also has two parking spaces.
