The house is situated in a small village overlooking the sea, 2 km away Primosten. It consists of a basement, ground floor and ground floor, a total of 311 m2 of living space on a plot of 540 m2. The house offers three fully furnished apartments and furnished four-room apartment in the basement. The first apartment on the ground floor consists of two bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom. Second apartment (also ground) consists of a bedroom, kitchen, living room, bathroom. Land is cultivated grassy part, trees (figs, cherries, olives) and Mediterranean plants and vines. In the southwestern part of the house is a swimming pool, small fitness room, and a large barbecue and bread oven. Below the pool is a large garage which can accommodate two cars or a boat. In front of the eastern part of the house there are four parking spaces. Access to the house is provided with two sides, down the road from the east to the parking lot or along the road on the west side of the house to the garage.

A down payment is an insurance that the buyer pays to the seller as a sign that the contract has been concluded and a certainty that the obligation will be fulfilled. In practice, the down payment is given on the Pre-contract and is usually 10% of the agreed purchase price. In case of fulfillment of the contract, the down payment is calculated in the total amount of the agreed purchase price.
In principle, no. Every sale in the Republic of Croatia must be paid in HRK. If a foreign currency payment is made, the bank will convert to HRK.
Yes, if it is a citizen of the Republic of Croatia then it is best to certify the contract with our diplomatic mission. If it is a foreign national then with the notarization of the purchase contract with a public notary, the Apostille of public document issued in that state is required.
