Newly built house in the area of ​​Rogoznica.

The house is located in one of the most beautiful bays in the Rogoznica area with crystal clear sea, a bay connected to the open sea.

The property is only 30m from the beach and the sea, in nature in the first row but not right by the sea but at the end of the row, on a hill, surrounded by pine trees,
which is also its good protection from salt or strong sun in the summer months. It was built in the traditional Dalmatian style with lots of stone, stone fences, terraces and of course the characteristic green shutters.
