Beautiful stone house for sale, located in a prime position on the main promenade of a popular tourist destination in Central Dalmatia, with a total area of 277 sqm. The house consists of ground floor (125sqm), first floor (75 sqm), second floor (75sqm), each floor has its own spacious terrace overlooking the sea. The house is currently conceived as a traditional two storey restaurant, while on the top floor there is a furnished two-bedroom apartment with a beautiful terrace, ideal for a carefree enjoyment. The interior of the house retains the traditional Dalmatian style of decoration, ie, a combination of stone and wood, so that the entire space exudes a special old-fashioned atmosphere, on which side visitors are particularly responsive and in which they sincerely enjoy. During the colder months, the house has the ability to use a large fireplace on wood whose size is sufficient to warm up the entire lower floor where there are living room and reception of guests, kitchen and dining room, while the upper floors would be reserved for the dormitory (if the future owner would give up the catering business and arranged the house solely as a housing unit). A very interesting offer considering the various possibilities and potential that the position itself carries. Certainly, it is important to note that the house was completely renovated, that during the renovation were used domestic high quality natural materials, and to make sure that every detail is integrated with the whole idea of Dalmatian romance. Given the current state and the development potential of the place where it is located, this property represents a quality investment that will always keep its special charm and beauty.
