– On the ground floor there is a two bedroom apartment with a large terrace with an open sea view.

– Upstairs, which leads to a separate staircase, is another two-bedroom apartment with a terrace.

The garden around and in front of the house is carefully maintained, harmoniously thoughtful, with its own places for relaxation and family gathering. From the garden you can go directly to the beach where there are two berths for the boat.
