The apartment consists of three floors. On the first floor there is a kitchen with dining room and living room, and a bathroom with toilet. An internal staircase leads to the second floor where the bedroom is located. From the second floor, a staircase leads to the attic where the second bedroom with a double bed is located. The apartment was renovated in 2018.

In the immediate vicinity, at a distance of a few minutes walk, there are all the necessary facilities (cafes, restaurants, shops) and all the sights of the city of Split.
