The apartment is located on the second floor of a small residential building. It consists of an entrance hall, two bedrooms, bathroom, room with kitchen, dining room and living room with exit to the loggia which offers a beautiful view of the place and the sea.

The apartment was completely renovated in 2016. Used rarely, only over the summer. Complete equipment and furniture are in very good condition and the apartment is carefully maintained.
