Agricultural land with an area of 13550 m², located in a quiet location in the middle of nature on the island of Hvar, approximately 1200 meters from the sea.

The land is in the OPG system, and on it there is a ruin of a stone house with an area of 36 m2, which can be renovated in the existing dimensions in a traditional way, as well as a stone trim with an internal diameter of 3 meters.
