Detached old stone house in Hvar, living area 85 m2. The land area is 1450 m2.

It consists of two floors. On the first floor there is a kitchen with a dining room, a bathroom and a tavern. On the second floor there are two bedrooms.

In 2013, the upper floor was adapted and a reinforced concrete blanket was installed. The electricity supply is via solar panels, and this system also drives the hydrophore system of running water supply from its own tank capacity of 7 X 2.5 m.

Rainwater and fecal water drainage is connected to a two-chamber septic tank. The house is located at a distance of 500 m from the sea.
