Renovation house located on the Peljesac peninsula in a quiet location. The property is located at the end of the village, with a beautiful view of the place. The village is located near spectacular beaches and famous places (within 1 hour drive).

The property is ready to move in. It has two floors and an attic. Area 7 x 8 m. The ground floor consists of a bedroom and a bathroom (washing machine), on the first floor there is a kitchen, a bedroom and a terrace.
