Spacious, sunny apartment located on the ground floor of a small residential building in the elite area of Meje, in a quiet street at the foot of Marjan Forest Park, 300m away from the famous Marjan Hill Stairs leading to the first viewpoint on the south side of the nature park. It is south oriented with a partial view of the sea and the ACI marina. It has a living area of 100m2, with a tavern, a terrace of 70 m2 and a garden of 70 m2.

The apartment also has its own outdoor parking space. It is only 5 minute walking distance from the main promenade called Riva, West Coast and the sea.

It consists of an entrance hall, a bedroom with one large, double bedroom, two smaller ones and two bathrooms, a living room with access to a large terrace and a kitchen with dining area.

It also has a tavern with a separate entrance. There was very little stay in the apartment so it is preserved and tidy.
