It is located in a pleasant location, and only 10 minutes walk from the Split waterfront and the protected forest park Marjan.

It consists of an entrance hall, large living room with balcony overlooking the sea, modern kitchen with dining area, bathroom and a small toilet, a small pantry and two bedrooms. One room has a double bed and the other two smaller single beds.

The apartment has two air conditioning units, but also a radiator. The apartment also has a storage room (storage) in the basement of the building. At the top of the building is a renovated shared terrace.
