Complex of two villas located in Kastela, at a distance of 350 m from the sea. The villas are built according to the project in a modern and functional architectural solution.

Each villa consists of 202 m2 of living space with a garden of 433 m2. It spreads over two floors. It consists of 5 spacious bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, kitchen, hallway, gallery and a spacious living room with dining area with total area of 43m2 (height 6m). The floors are connected by an internal staircase.

Given the height of the interior space and the use of large glass sliding walls, the space is filled with natural light.
