BROKERAGE SERVICES PRICE LIST

Broker-group d.o.o. operates as a licensed real estate brokerage agency, registered with the Real Estate Brokerage Register of the Croatian Chamber of Economy.

Brokerage fees are determined based on the type of service, the value of the property, the complexity of the transaction, market conditions, the property’s location, and the scope of services covered by the contractual agreement.

All brokerage fees are agreed upon in a written brokerage agreement.

SALE OF REAL ESTATE

Brokerage fee for brokerage in the sale of real estate:
3% – 5%

PURCHASE OF REAL ESTATE

Brokerage fee for brokerage in the purchase of real estate::
2% – 4%

LEASING AND RENTAL – LANDLORD / LESSOR

Brokerage fee is charged to the landlord / lessor:

  • 75% of the monthly rent / lease payment for rentals or leases up to 12 months
  • 100% of the monthly rent / lease payment for rentals or leases of 12 to 36 months
  • 150% of the monthly rent / lease payment for rentals or leases of 36 months or more

LEASING AND RENTAL – TENANT / LESSEE

The brokerage fee is charged to the tenant / lessee:

  • 75% of the monthly rent, minimum, for a lease of up to 12 months
  • 100% of the monthly rent / lease payment for a lease of 12 to 36 months
  • 150% of the monthly rent / lease payment, minimum for a lease or rental term of 60 months or more

ADDITIONAL SERVICES

Depending on the type and complexity of the individual transaction, Broker-group d.o.o. may also provide additional related services, including:

  • coordination of the legal and administrative process
  • assistance with the preparation and collection of documentation
  • organization of document translations
  • coordination of utility bill transfers
  • marketing and promotional activities
  • international property promotion
  • assistance for foreign nationals in purchasing real estate in the Republic of Croatia

The exact scope of services is defined in the brokerage agreement.

All listed amounts are subject to VAT in accordance with the applicable regulations of the Republic of Croatia.
