Part of the land with an area of 51,304 m2 is located in the T1 zone, and the construction of a hotel with 4 floors above ground is allowed, a total of 6 floors in any section through the building. The hotel building meets the height of up to 18 m2, while the hotel’s capacity is up to 440 beds.

The second part of the land of 13,282 m2 is located in the T2 zone, which offers the possibility of building a villa as a detached, semi-built or built-in building with a height of up to 4 floors, of which 3 are above ground, and a total height of up to 10.5 m.
