The house is on 3 floors (each floor is separate apartment), + small basement apartment; the 3rd floor apartment has 2 levels (under roof area). The size of the land is 290m2. The house is not finished. Needs just plastering/painting, 2 apartments are finished and are in use (1 and 2 floors). 3rd floor apartment and basement apartment are not finished.

Outside area in front of the house is not done yet, but behind the house is a lovely sitting area with BBQ, it is covered with grapes, there are couple of trees as well and place to plant some vegetables/flowers etc. The area is decorated with stone.
