The house is west orientated, and its positioned in the most beautiful bay on the south side of the island. The property currently does not have connection to the city electricity and water supply system, but by the zone plan, this should be settled by municipallity, as surrounding areas are developing infrastructure connections, so it is just matter of time when it will be settled.

The land is located in a small bay, and is completely connected with the sea, where several small beaches are situated.

Complete privacy and peace in the future will not be disturbed, as new construction on the surrounding land is not possible.

This fact, as well as the size of the land itself and the house, make this property rarely on the market.

An attractive location, pine forests, and land surface are the ideal conditions for people seeking silence, peace and quality vacation as well as those searching for a life on a secluded location.
