In the outer part of the ground floor there is a garage and a back door terrace with a barbecue. The entire plot is fenced.

On the first floor there are three bedrooms (each with its own bathroom) and a spacious living room with the option of installing a fireplace. All rooms on the first floor have a terrace or balcony. The house is elegantly furnished, has central electric heating and a spacious attic with access to the roof terrace.

There are two spacious gardens, one in front, the other behind the house. The garden in front has an open view of the sea and is used for relaxation, while the garden behind the house is cultivated with 12 olive trees, several fruit trees and Dalmatian herbs. Both gardens have the option of installing a swimming pool. In addition to the above, the house also has a yard on the west side with the possibility of parking for several vehicles and a special covered parking space.

Excellently maintained and carefully used, the house is in excellent condition so it is ready for new occupancy. A very interesting offer, planned and built for private purposes by a foreign investor in 2004/2005, so a lot of attention was focused on the details themselves, as well as on the optimal practicality of using the house.
