The villa is located on a plot of 637 m2, and is designed on three floors (cellar, ground floor and floor), each floor size of 88 m2. Interior design is deliberately omitted so that a new buyer can arrange a villa at his own wish, and all existing partition walls can easily be removed or placed according to the wishes of a new buyer. The basement floor is designed to be like a tavern, a wine cellar, a gym, etc.

On the ground floor is the main entrance to the villa, and it is conceived in such a way that there is a kitchen with a dining room, a working room, a bathroom and a spacious living room with terrace.

On the first floor there are three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, two smaller on the north side of the villa, and the main dormitory is located on the south side and has a terrace overlooking the sea.

On the plot in front of the villa there is an area for swimming pool construction, three parking places and a smaller garden.

The villa is built to a high standard, is superbly isolated from weather conditions, positioned in a perfect location in front of a large beach, and within walking distance of the town center where there are numerous restaurants, bars, shops etc..

In addition to this, a special offer along this property is an additional renovated two-bedrooms apartment on the first floor of a family house located on a neighboring plot, size of 55 m2 that can be purchased in complete with this property, for additional 160 000 eur which is actually an unusual combination of real estate that with the right idea could have a very good potential.

All in all, this modern property seems to be a perfect investment as a holiday property for a family, given its really rare and high quality location, and all the potential of this property and the whole potential of this constantly evolving area.
