The house consists of 3 floors, divided into two parts.

On the ground floor there is a tavern and a summer kitchen, dining room, laundry and toilet.

An external staircase leads to the first floor which contains a living room with kitchen and dining area, a guest room and a bathroom.

On the second floor there are two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom.

The house has a central air conditioning system and solar collectors.
