Building land for sale on the peninsula Peljesac, area of 15 000 m2, on the seafront.

A compact rectangle (about 80m x 180m), longer side placed in the north-south. The northern part of the area of 8000m² has the status of the construction area – undeveloped region, while the southern part of the land area of 7000m² building is not permitted.

South part of land at a distance of approximately 100 m on shoreline. The terrain is slightly skewed and forested with pine and coastal oak (formerly, vines and olives).
There is not set connection for water and electricity, but they are very close and easily accessible.
