The property consists of two physically separate houses, and as such provides an ideal opportunity for a variety of options:
- for two families, each has a holiday home
- staying or living in one house, while the "guest house" could be rented for tourist purposes
- the possibility of using the property as one unit since these two houses are connected by a balcony, and as such can be used for tourist purposes or for family vacations.

The property is located right next to the beach with easy access to the sea, making the property ideal for families with children or elders. Also, in front of the property there is a possibility of berths for a smaller boat, while beautiful pebble beach is at the distance of 50 meters from the property.

The first property, with the larger living and land plot area, consists of two floors, connected by an external staircase. It was completely renovated in 2015.
The access to the real estate, i.e. the plot is very simple, and the plot itself is enclosed by a high stone wall with a metal courtyard door, offering the possibility of private parking.
A private pool and barbecue are located in the courtyard, as well as a sunbathing area and a comfortable summer terrace with a large outdoor dining table that can be accessed from any room.
On the ground floor there are two bedrooms and a living room with a kitchen. One bedroom has a private bathroom, while the other room has a private toilet.
The first floor consists of two separate units. First one is a two bedroom apartment with bathroom, living room and kitchen. Both bedrooms have access to the balcony, while the living room has access to a comfortable terrace with beautiful sea, pool and bay views.
The second unit is a smaller one-bedroom apartment with kitchen, bathroom, smaller dining room and balcony.

The second property is the newly built (2016), luxury, smaller modern villa, also with its own swimming pool and the possibility of parking in front of the plot.
It consists of two floors. The ground floor has direct access to the pool, fireplace, sunbathing area and the covered part of the courtyard where the outdoor dining table is located.
On this floor there is a kitchen, a living room and an additional toilet.
Inside, a wooden staircase secured by a glass fence lead to the upper floor of the villa, with two luxury bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. Both bedrooms have access to a terrace equipped with a table, chairs and parasols.
