Croatia, Dalmatia coast, Sibenik - Large land with ruin and sea view

Land with a total area of 37,000 m2 located on a peninsula near the old town center of Šibenik. It is located 300 meters from the sea, in a protected zone.

Considering the configuration of the terrain, which is slightly sloping, it offers an open view of the sea.

There are three stone buildings in a dilapidated state on the land, and it is possible to build a total of approx. 226 m2 of living space on the existing foundations. The building was built in 1950.

The facilities offer a view of the sea and the town of Šibenik. The buildings are not habitable, and a complete adaptation is necessary.
The approach to the land is via an asphalted road with an allocation to macadam, approx. 100 m from the land. The building has electricity and its own kitchen.

The land is currently defined as a protected area.
Suitable for olive growing, viticulture or the activity of growing medicinal plants.
