The property is 30 years old and as such requires adaptation, although the condition is very satisfactory, as evidenced by the fact that the house has been used for years of vacation throughout the summer without any problems.

The villa itself consists of a nice storage space in the basement, the ground floor and the two floors, the total living area of about 200 m2, and the courtyard with a beautiful spacious terrace, summer kitchen and barbecue, total size of 178 m2.

The convenience of the position is better as the sunlight is illuminated throughout the morning, while the afternoon hours are reserved for a carefree enjoyment on the incredible terrace, which is followed by a spacious summer kitchen and barbecue. The terrace is truly credible to provide that irresistible feeling of summer and the sea, with enough privacy for users.

The interior of the villa needs to be adapted, ie, modernized to make the villa current with the present time. On the ground floor there are two rooms (one is used as a room, the other is a living room) and a bathroom. On the first floor there is another room and kitchen which can be accessed from a pleasant balcony, bathroom and pantry, while on the second floor there are two more bedrooms and a bathroom and another balcony. The house is connected to the upper floors by an outside staircase, and there is a large room in the basement that serves as a boating depot.
