A unique property of 83 m2 located on the first floor of a small residential building in the city center, one hundred meters from the Split waterfront and the sea and just a few steps from Marmontova Street.

It is north-east oriented, and it is very bright and sunny thanks to the fact that it has as many as seven large windows, two on the east and five on the north side of the facade. It consists of an entrance hall, kitchenette with bathroom and a large space.

The concept is open, without load-bearing walls, and a few years ago the apartment was completely renovated, new PVC windows were installed, wooden shutters, porch plaster on the walls and parquet under which a concrete slab was poured. Parquet is on the entire floor area, except in the bathroom, and the ceilings are 2.90 m high, with exposed beams.

Also, the entire staircase of the building, the entrance and the roof and attic have recently been completely renovated and decorated.

The apartment is decorated in such a way that it can be easily and without major modifications turned into a luxury apartment, office space or office, apartment or smaller tourist units.

Although the building is located in the pedestrian area, next to the building is a large public parking lot, which means that the building can be reached directly by car.

In the immediate vicinity are all the essential facilities; cafes, restaurants, banks, exchange offices, drugstores, shops, clinics.
