Two bedroom apartment of approx. 73 m2, located on the 4th floor of a building without an elevator, two minutes walk from the waterfront, orientation north – east – west, with a beautiful view of the Marjan Forest Park and the city.
The apartment is divided into two units of living space of 30 and 43 m2, and each consists of a living room with dining area, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. The apartments were partially renovated in 2017 and 2020 (bathrooms and windows) so that minor renovation is needed, depending on the wishes of the new owner. They have been on a tourist rental for a long time and are categorized with three stars. There is a possibility to use a shared pantry on the floor below.
