It is north oriented, and only 5 minutes walking distance from the Split main promenade and 10 minutes from the famous Split beaches Firule and Bačvice.

On the first floor of this minimalistic decorated apartment there is a living room with a kitchen and dining area and on the second there is a bedroom with king size bed and a bathroom with a shower. PVC shutters on the windows have been changed so the apartment is insulated from noise and cold.
