Comfortable apartment located on the ground floor of a two-storey building, in an attractive place on the island of Brac. In nature, it is the entire floor of the house with a garden on which is located a small courtyard and two terraces overlooking the sea.

The floor of the house is divided into two parts which are connected by a common door and can easily be used as two apartments with separate entrances, one three-bedroom and one one-bedroom apartment.

The three bedroom apartment consists of a hallway, three bedrooms, three bathrooms, kitchen, dining room and living room with access to the terrace.

One bedroom apartment consists of one bedroom with balcony, living room, kitchen, bathroom and a small courtyard.

The property was completely renovated in 2013, including new electricity, water supply and sewerage. Since 2014, it has been used as a summer holiday home, while the one-bedroom apartment has been used successfully for the purpose of tourist rental.

All bedrooms have air conditioning and satellite connection. Under one of the terraces is an additional smaller space that can be used as a studio apartment, pantry or additional bedroom.

The property is located in a very quiet part of town. The road that passes by is for pedestrians only and leads to beaches, shops, markets and harbors. The property was maintained and preserved, quality materials were used. On the outside there is a large brick barbecue and another smaller pantry.
