Quiet location that offers an open view of Kaštela and Split.

The house consists of a basement, ground floor, first floor, and within the building there is a basement and a garage. Next to the house there is an additional building of 28 m2 that serves as a studio apartment with a small covered terrace. The interior of the house consists of a spacious living room with kitchen and dining area, six bedrooms, three bathrooms, a gallery, a pantry, a basement and utility rooms.
The large terrace on the south side offers a view of the sea which is 200 meters away.

The house is surrounded by a large garden so there is space for a swimming pool. It was built in 1982. and renovated in 2011.

The primary purpose was for family life, but it can also be used for renting to tourists.
