Stone house in a row with 500 years of history, with two entrances, located near the Trogir bridge on Ciovo, surrounded by decorated stone houses, in the old town.
The total area is approx. 140m2 divided into four floors:
The ground floor which is currently used as a tavern, and is equipped with a bed, fireplace and bathroom.
First floor which is in nature a studio apartment with a bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and another separate bedroom. Second floor which is also in nature a studio apartment with a bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and another separate bedroom. The first three floors are approximately 40m2 each. Third floor with a closed summer kitchen (approx. 20m2) equipped with all appliances and a terrace overlooking the sea. Fourth floor, essentially a roof terrace of approx. 30m2, with open views of the city and the sea.
The floors are connected by internal spiral staircases.
The house has been renovated in stages over the last 19 years, and the owners have placed emphasis on preserving the originality using only solid oak wood, stone and granite in the renovating. Water pipes and electrical cables have been changed, concrete slab have been put on the floors instead of wooden beams, and insulation in the floors has been installed. All furniture is made by hand, to measure.
In terms of infrastructure, the house is connected to the city water supply and sewerage, electricity network, and has solar panels for water heating.
Nearby are shops, stores, restaurants and cafes, bus station, ACI marina, ATMs and more.

Čiovo is located in central Dalmatia, protecting the town of Trogir and Kaštela gulf. On its northern part it is connected to the mainland with a two bridges, one bridge is in the old centre of Trogir, and actually Trogir spread itself onto the island. Besides the portion of Trogir, on the island there are several villages: Arbanija, Žedno, Okrug Gornji, Okrug Donji and Slatine.
