Villa is situated on the hills of the peaceful and gentle place, only 10 minutes from airport and 15 minutes from the unique and beautiful town of Dubrovnik. The beach, shopping malls and grocery stores are just a few minutes away.

The area is very quiet and peaceful, traffic around the villa is sparse, safe for children, privacy is guaranteed.

The property is spread over three floors and includes six bedrooms, seven bathrooms and one separate suite under the pool. On an area of 1286m2 has about 820m2 of living space. The whole villa was renovated in 2010.

The ground floor has a living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms. There is a luxurious indoor pool 5x12m, depth 1.45 and over 100 m2 of indoor space (glass doors can be opened on all sides), with magnificent view of the sea, bay and sunsets. On the first floor there is a spacious living room with a large terrace and balcony, a small study, kitchen, dining room and one apartment with a small kitchen and bathroom (has a separate entrance). A large pergola with a summer kitchen, fireplace and dining area gives the opportunity to enjoy a breathtakingly view. This is the level where is the main entrance for cars, and there is also a covered garage for 3 cars.

On the second floor are three bedrooms, all with private bathrooms. Each room has satellite TV and air conditioning. There is also a ‘walk-in wardrobe’. This floor has its own living room with a minibar and large balcony.

Below the pool there is a separate apartment with kitchen, bathroom and the terrace overlooking the sea with a separate entrance. This part of the villa-apartment is registered for business, living / business space.
The attic space has the ability to upgrade another floor – a high attic, the roof is partially finished and external stairs have already been installed.

The bedrooms and living rooms offer a beautiful view of the pleasant terraced Mediterranean garden with the blue Adriatic Sea, bay and the nearby Islands.

The yard is decorated and the walls with trees around the villa ensure privacy.

Video surveillance of the whole building is possible (not currently used), it is equipped with a security alarm system and cameras throughout the villa.

Villa has its own solar system that is used to heat the house and swimming pool. There is a pool engine room where all the pumps and a large pool water filter are located.
