Stone house in a row located in a small hilly village on the north side of the island of Hvar.

The house consists of four floors – ground floor and three floors. Each floor contains approximately 40 m2 of living space.

On the ground floor there is a studio apartment with a separate entrance. It consists of a kitchen, living room and bedroom, partially separated by movable shutters and a separate bathroom.

On the first floor there is a one bathroom, kitchen and spacious living room with dining area and exit to the balcony.

On the second and third floor there is one spacious bedroom with bathroom. The third floor is located on the high attic floor.

The floors are connected by an internal staircase, although they have a separate entrance from the back of the house.

The rooms are decorated and air conditioned.

The house is located on a slightly steep terrain, south orientation and from the higher floors there is a beautiful view of the sea and islands. The first beaches are less than 2 km away.

The house also has a garden with a total area of 390 m2 on which there is a small covered building arranged as a summer kitchen, outdoor area with barbecue and the possibility of building a swimming pool. There is also a covered parking for three cars.

The house is connected to the city water supply and sewerage, supplied with electricity.

It is located 10 minutes drive from the town of Hvar, and 15 minutes from Starigrad. The place itself is reached by an asphalt road which provides a beautiful panoramic view of the sea.
