The original house was first built about 200 years ago. In approx. 1930 the timber floors were replaced with concrete over which parquet has been laid. The kitchen was added in 1957 and is built on top of the cisterna. The terrace (35sqm) is on top of the kitchen. 5 years ago the terrace was resurfaced with Italian tiles.

During the last 5 years extensive restoration work has been done throughout the house. As many as possible of its’ old character features have been retained or character style ‘new’ features have been refitted in keeping with the age and style of the house.
