Semi-detached house located in the western part of the island of Korcula in a small tourist town recognizable by its many bays, sandy beaches, mild Mediterranean climate and interesting and rich cultural heritage.

The house is located about 700 m from the sea, with a total living area of 124 m2 and consists of two floors. On the ground floor there is a studio with a total living area of 30 m2. Rough works has been done and interior decoration is required.

The first floor with a total living area of 94 m2 consists of an apartment that contains three bedrooms, living room with dining area, kitchen and bathroom. The floors have a small balcony and terrace with a total area of 30 m2. The rooms upstairs are decorated, furnished and air conditioned.

It is possible to build another floor in a high attic with 90 m2 of living space.

The house has a separate entrance, private garden and space for two parking spaces. A new facade paint was made.
