An attractive hotel in construction, situated on Omis Riviera, in the first row to the sea with a private beach. For construction of the hotel, a building permit was obtained according to the project documentation, all contributions for water and utilities were paid and construction is started.

Upon completion, the hotel will be spread over a total area of 1400 m2 and will consist of 24 luxurious rooms. The hotel will have all the required amenities – an outdoor heated pool, parking – which will result in a 5 * luxury category as the Luxury Boutique hotel. According to the plan, in the second phase of construction, there will be several yachting piers in front of the hotel.

The main entrance to the hotel – the reception is on the north side, ie from the highway, where private parking is also provided. Due to the cascading terrain, the reception desk is located on the last floor. The inner staircase leads to a floor -1, where are seven luxury rooms. Apart from the internal staircase, the floors are interconnected by a lift. Stage -2 is identical to the previous one. All rooms have a terrace with a beautiful sea view. Floor 3 consists of 6 rooms. On the floor -4, except for 5 rooms, there is a conference room, outdoor terrace and guest toilet. On the lowest floor, by the sea, there is a wellness area, gym, space for massage, swimming pool, cafe bar and other services. On this floor is also a restaurant and a private beach exit. In addition to the inner seating areas, the staircase leads to an outside part of the restaurant, which can accommodate total of 116 guests.
