House first row to the sea, the island of Mljet

The house is located in an attractive location, first row to the sea. In nature, it is a semi-detached house with separate entrances.

The house is located on a plot of 390m2 and is spread over 4 floors interconnected by an external staircase.

There is a 22m2 garage on the ground floor.

– On the first floor there is a three-room apartment, in front of the apartment there is a large terrace that serves as a sunbathing area in the summer.

– On the second floor, which until now has been used for commercial tourist purposes, there are 4 rooms, each with its own bathroom.

The island is connected by ferry to the Pelješac peninsula, which is a 40-minute drive by car to the first highway junction, or an hour’s drive to the airport in Dubrovnik.
