The building extends over four floors, i.e. the ground floor and three floors. It was completely renovated between 2012 and 2013 and reopened in 2014, and since then has been well maintained with occasional minor cosmetic improvements.
Each floor of the hotel consists of four rooms and one suite, making a total of 18 rooms. Each room has its own terrace with a view of the sea. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and central heating. Other rooms include a restaurant on the ground floor with an area of 65 m2 and 78 seats, a large kitchen (60 m2), reception (38 m2), pantry for bar needs (12 m2), internet corner (9 m2), kitchen pantry (12 m2) ), wardrobe (13 m2), and sanitary facilities for staff and guests.
There is a 400 m2 terrace in front of the hotel. A new elevator was installed in 2018. Considering the maintenance of the hotel and continuous operation since 2014, no additional renovation is required.
The facility is located in a quiet place, near the famous tourist town of Vodice. It is only 9 km from the nearest highway exit, 18 km from Krka National Park, 25 km from Zadar airport and 70 km from Split airport.
