Approximately 300 m is the public beach, with its complete gastronomic infrastructure, cozy local restaurants and a supermarket offering a lot of offers.
This small town is an ideal place for recreation – quiet, with almost unlimited possibilities for recreation: you can go sailing, cycling or hiking in the mountains. Not far away is one of the most beautiful Croatian islands Brač, but also other beautiful Croatian islands. The place is located near such places as Omiś, Baśka Voda and Makarska, which are visited every year by thousands of tourists.
Property is already in process of building (the progress is about 30%). It has 8 separate apartments of 110 sqm with sea view (each of the apartments). There is the possibility to devide the apartments on smaller 16 apartments of 55 sqm each. For the property there is an approved, valid construction plan, with complete visualization and with projects for the quayside as well as for the individual apartments.
This is one of the few remaining properties in this part of Croatia, which has its own sea access, complete and valid documentation and only one owner.
Location
Omis, Dalmatia coast
Omiš is a town and port in the Dalmatia region of Croatia, and a municipality in the Split-Dalmatia County. The town is approximately 25 kilometers southeast of Croatia's second-largest city, Split, where the Cetina River meets the Adriatic Sea. Omiš was well known in the past as a pirate city whose ships were built for attack and fast retrieval into the mouth of the Cetina River.
