The house is located on a spacious plot of 950 m2 in a quiet location in Lovran. The total living area of the house is 406.83 m2 and is spread over the ground floor and two floors.

On the ground floor there is a separate apartment consisting of three bedrooms, kitchen, living room, bathroom and terrace. On this floor there is a boiler room as a double building with an area of 30.42 m2 and on the upper part a storage room for tools of 14 m2.
