In the second part of the garden there are two smaller stone buildings in which there are two studio apartments (bedroom and toilet). In the landscaped garden there is a swimming pool and an additional indoor facility with fireplace and dining area.

The price of the property includes furniture. It has three covered parking spaces.

The property is located in a quiet place surrounded by newly built villas that are in the tourist business, and in addition to housing solutions, it also offers business opportunities.

Višnjan is located in the western part of Istria in the Poreč region. It is the area between the river Mirna in the north and the Lim Channel in the south named after the largest settlement Poreč. Visnjan has a good traffic position. It is connected to Poreč by a 12 km long regional road, and it is only 3 km away from the main road Pula – Trieste. The settlement was built in the Mediterranean style; houses are built of stone, they are compact, and the streets are narrow. A rocky street at the foot of the hill leads to the Gothic church of St. Anton from the 15th century and to the city gate with a Venetian lion from 1517 behind which is the old town square. The square is partly surrounded by walls built in the 13th and 14th centuries, and is adorned with a 27-meter high bell tower, a town lodge from the 18th century, a well and the church of St. Quirica and Julita from the 19th century.
