The house is situated in a small village overlooking the sea, 2 km away Primosten. It consists of a basement, ground floor and ground floor, a total of 311 m2 of living space on a plot of 540 m2.
The house offers three fully furnished apartments and furnished four-room apartment in the basement. The first apartment on the ground floor consists of two bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom. Second apartment (also ground) consists of a bedroom, kitchen, living room, bathroom. Both apartments have a shared terrace of approximately 50 m2 (separated by sliding barriers so that each apartment has its share of terraces) which offers a breathtaking view of the sea. Land is cultivated grassy part, trees (figs, cherries, olives) and Mediterranean plants and vines. In the southwestern part of the house is a swimming pool, small fitness room, and a large barbecue and bread oven. Below the pool is a large garage which can accommodate two cars or a boat.
In front of the eastern part of the house there are four parking spaces. Access to the house is provided with two sides, down the road from the east to the parking lot or along the road on the west side of the house to the garage.
