House near the sea located on a plot of 418 m2 in a quiet place in the town of Rab. The house has a view of the harbor from the balcony, two floors and a high-ceilinged attic.

On the ground floor there is a kitchen, living room, bathroom, toilet and a staircase that connects all floors. On the first floor, as well as on the second floor, there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with a toilet. From the first floor, you can go to the upper floor of the yard, where there is a detached building of about 40 m2 that needs a roof. The attic is high and spacious, not partitioned. The house can be used in its current state, because it has been partially renovated, it is furnished with new furniture, floors and everything necessary. The first and second floor have air conditioners, and the house has two chimneys, one of which is closed (can be easily opened).

The yard needs to be paved, and a second parking space can be opened, and there is room for setting up an outdoor dining room. The first floor and the ground floor are built of granite, so it is very comfortable in the summer due to the thickness of the walls of 60 cm. Except for the ground floor, all openings are made of PVC and every room has a balcony, one room has 2 balconies. The garden is on 2 floors connected by a staircase. A large stone chimney is under construction.
