The villa is located in the beautiful bay, in a secluded area, 45 min drive from Split, 25 minutes drive to Splitska Airport.

The villa was built in 2015, luxuriously equipped inside and out. The private access road leads to the villa itself and its 40 m2 garage with roo doors. The villa itself is surrounded by stone walls, in front of the villa there is a pool of 8x4m, a set of irrigation horticulture.

The covered fireplace-grill is located on the western part of the house. In the lower part of the villa by the pool there are two separate suites with sea view.
