The hotel is beautifully located within the old town of Šibenik. It is within walking distance of various world-renowned landmarks such as the Cathedral of St. James, the Šibenik City Hall, the promenade through the St. Anthony Canal, the fortresses of St. Michael and St. John and many others.
The heritage hotel itself was built in the 16th century when it served as a palace and experienced its first adaptation in the 19th century. It was precisely in the middle of the nineteenth century that the painter A. Zuccaro decorated the ceiling and walls of the music salon on the first floor with medallions and floral motifs. The center of the ceiling is adorned with a luxurious rosette bordered with gold-colored ornaments. The staircase in the palace has a fine leafy border, while the roof has a carved stone acroterium, a decoration located at the junction of the roof ridges. On the western facade of the palace there is a tall corner column up to the level of the third floor. At the main entrance on the ground floor there is a Gothic-Renaissance portal of the palace family, on the first floor there are two Renaissance windows and on the second floor there is a Renaissance triforium.
The Palace underwent its complete and final renovation, respecting the strictest restoration criteria, in 2017, when it opened the doors of the luxurious Heritage Hotel. The hotel is categorized with four stars and extends over five floors with 360 m2 of living space. It consists of six spacious rooms ranging in size from 22 m2 to 26 m2, larger rooms of 32 m2 and a suite of 42 m2.
On the ground floor of the hotel there is a lobby with a reception, a bar and a restaurant that is completely glazed and oriented towards the nearby Poljana. The hotel restaurant also has the right to use an outdoor terrace with approximately 60 seats.
