The property is in excellent condition, during the construction of the house its placement in the area of ​​the 400m2 plot was carefully planned. By placing it on the edge of the plot, a spacious garden was obtained under the shade of old pine trees, palm trees and other Mediterranean plants with a large southern front facing the sea and the beach, more than 40m long.
