Mediterranean stone house built in 2011 on a quiet island near Trogir, located on a property of approximately 8420 m2 surrounded by dry stone walls that allow maximum privacy and peace. This authentic property is planted with Dalmatian vegetation and pine forest and extends to the coast, and has access to a beautiful pebble beach.

It consists of four bedrooms with bathrooms, kitchen with access to a large outdoor yard with barbecue that serves as a dining area, living room with access to a terrace of approx. 40 m2 and a balcony. The area of the residential part and the covered part of the yard is approx. 310 m2. Below the house there is a tavern of approx. 100 m2 which will have a fireplace with a dining area and a toilet. All wooden paneling, ceiling beams and floors in the house are made of the highest quality oak wood, and on the outside of the house, fences and shutters made of European and Siberian larch. The rooms have built-in wall heating, and the rest of the house has floor heating.

Water is pumped from a large water tank with a capacity of as much as 85,000 liters, while solar panels on the roof serve as a source of energy. The electricity supply is planned for 2021, and the power lines to the property have already been laid. Behind the house there is a parking lot for more than five vehicles.
