The facade is coated with stone wool 10 cm thick, the roof is insulated with 20 cm, and the floors contain screed 8-10 cm thick with sound insulation. High-quality entrance doors with sound insulation are installed, as well as high-class room doors. Partition walls will be made in the Porotherm or Knauf system, depending on the position in the apartment.

 

The apartments do not have an elevator, but each apartment has two private parking spaces, which are included in the price. Access to the yard and parking lot is provided by a ramp with remote control. The security system includes video surveillance and an alarm. A bio-pit is currently in use, but a connection to the public sewer system is planned, with construction starting in September 2025.

 

Payment method:
– 40% upon signing the contract
– 40% upon completion of the ROH-BAU phase
– 20% upon completion of construction and handover

 

Construction is scheduled to begin on October 15, 2025, with move-in at the end of 2026.
